One supermarket stands out in Valencia for two reasons. El Corte Inglés is situated centrally on the Calle Colón and, fortunately for some, the store is open on Sundays. This branch of the well known department store chain has a supermarket in the basement.

The store boasts an extensive selection of produce for sale. Fresh produce is available as are many exclusive brands. Several international products can also be found. Even an alternative to the limited variety of toilet paper!
