DRUGSTORES IN VALENCIA
Since expats come from all over the world, some struggle to identify where to purchase certain items. Drugstores are a classic example. A UK example may be Boots. In the the US they are called pharmacies, even though much larger and selling more than medicines.
Often originally known as drogueria y perfumeria locally small establishments offered household and kitchen items as well as perfumes and cosmetics across Spain. Some are still around today.
Two chains are widespread in Germany, one of which commenced opening stores on Spain during 2020. Rossmann opened their first drugstore in Valencia and has since opened more in the city.
Typical drugstore products are complimented by such items are teas, cookies and biscuits as well as plant based milks and even healthier bread. Many articles are organic.

Enticing Beaches and Sea
The main city beach in Valencia is known as Playa Malvarrosa, which includes Playa del Cabanyal. Well over two kilometres in length, this beautiful stretch of sand is as peaceful off season as it is popular during warmer weather. There is more than enough space to bathe, relax and play ball games.
